Head of Business Development
Your mission
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, as well as innovative ways to reach existing markets.
- Promote the company’s products (and future services), addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Understand customer needs and respond effectively with plans to meet those needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, providing trustworthy feedback on our products across different markets.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers; regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Attend conferences and industry events to maintain and share professional knowledge.
Your profile
- Studies in economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Professional experience in sales, marketing, and development, with at least 7 years of practical experience.
- Good communication skills and team spirit. English Is required, German Is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- International experience and willingness to travel.
- A proactive, responsible work ethic, even under pressure.
- Solar Market knowledge is a bonus. General business acumen is required.
