Your mission
- Ensure a consistent standard of sales knowledge across global sales teams.
- Review sales processes and adjust and /or add best practices where needed.
- Establish a training academy to onboard new hires quickly and equip them with the necessary skills.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Directors of subsidiary companies to hire and train the right sales staff internationally.
- Continuously assess the sales structure based on sales performance, competitor activities, and customer needs, and recommend optimizations when needed.
- Develop advancement plans for high-performing sales members to help them take the next step in their careers.
- Create development plans for underperformers, providing guidance on their future in sales.
- Lead "train the trainer" programs, providing sales leadership with the insights needed to effectively communicate with their teams.
- Work closely with HR to identify and engage potential external training providers.
Your profile
- 10+ years of experience driving sales excellence.
- Hands-on sales experience.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Strong team player.
- Internationally experienced, with a proven ability to work across multiple countries, showcasing strong intercultural skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical skills for market analysis and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to establish efficient sales processes and improve services.
- Expertise in workforce planning and talent development.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional departments.
