Your mission

Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, as well as innovative ways to reach existing markets.
Promote the company’s products (and future services), addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Understand customer needs and respond effectively with plans to meet those needs.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, providing trustworthy feedback on our products across different markets.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers; regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
Attend conferences and industry events to maintain and share professional knowledge.

Studies in economics, marketing, or a related field.
Professional experience in sales, marketing, and development, with at least 7 years of practical experience.
Good communication skills and team spirit. English Is required, German Is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
International experience and willingness to travel.
A proactive, responsible work ethic, even under pressure.
Solar Market knowledge is a bonus. General business acumen is required.
