Sales Representative
Your mission
- Conduct direct sales activities, including customer visits, presentations, and key account management.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, and customer events, such as training sessions.
- Assist in developing and improving marketing strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Gather market intelligence, generate leads, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Facilitate negotiations for sales agreements, pricing structures, and contracts.
- Generate sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain customer, market, and project data in the CRM platform.
- Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development) to align product offerings with market needs.
Your profile
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant technical or commercial field (e.g., B.Eng, B.Com).
- Strong technical knowledge and acumen in relevant disciplines; formal qualifications preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, ERP, and related software.
- 5+ years of relevant technical sales experience with a proven track record in B2B multi-channel sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, channel management, and international trade.
- Excellent prospecting, qualification, and complex sales cycle management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
