Your mission

Examining customer quality requirements to maintain compliance with quality agreements before contract finalization.
Negotiating quality contracts with customers to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Conducting on-site quality inspections and performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at supplier sites to guarantee product integrity.
Providing practical, solution-oriented support at project sites, fostering close cooperation with supplier management, project management, and purchasing.
Creating and improving inspection documents, work instructions, and process descriptions to streamline quality processes.
Creating quality reports in case of deviations on construction fields and managing complaints effectively by implementing, editing, evaluating, and escalating them internally and externally.

Technical Skills: Expertise in quality management systems, FATs, and on-site inspections, with a knack for creating and enhancing quality inspection documents and reports.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential for managing internal and external relationships and addressing complaints.
Certificates: Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) are required, while safety and environmental management certifications will set you apart.
Experience: A proven track record in quality management, particularly in customer-facing roles, with a history of managing supplier quality and performing factory inspections.
Educational Background: A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is necessary to succeed in this pivotal position.
Business level fluency in English is required, German and other languages are advantageous
