Your mission

Project Costing:

Financial Management:

Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit analysis.
Manage accounts payable, including booking vendor invoices and scheduling payments.
Conduct weekly cash forecasts and daily bank reconciliations.
Handle all aspects of tax compliance for US and Canada.

Budgeting and Reporting:

Human Resources and IT:

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Experience in treasury functions and cash forecasting
Knowledge of US and Canadian tax compliance
Experience in inventory management and costing
Experience in budgeting and financial planning
Experience in financial reporting and analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel occasionally as required
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
