Your mission

Produce verifiable static calculations for supporting structures, with a primary emphasis on steel and aluminum construction, including photovoltaic systems.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and take stock of existing hall structures.
Lead the recalculation and reinforcement of hall structures, ensuring structural integrity.
Act as the deputy, assisting in project management and coordination of structural engineering tasks.
Collaborate closely with the team to review and refine design plans for optimal outcomes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.
Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Support the deputy in overseeing and managing the workflow of the structural engineering team.

Fluent communication in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1), with proficiency in an additional foreign language considered advantageous.
Successful completion of a degree in civil engineering, complemented by substantial professional experience.
Proven expertise in structural design and a solid understanding of relevant norms and guidelines.
Possession of authorization for stability verification is considered advantageous.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, including DIubal RFEM, FRILO, Harzer, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to assist in project management and coordination of structural engineering tasks.
Collaborative team player with the capacity to review and refine design plans for optimal outcomes.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Contribution to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.
Ongoing commitment to professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Well-rounded profile, showcasing flexibility, organizational skills, reliability, and a willingness to travel as needed.
