ORGANIZATIONAL NOTES
1. BEFORE YOUR SESSION
1.1. PARTICIPANT DETAILS
Ensure the details of all members arriving and participating at the training center are provided prior to the session.
1.2. CAMERA CONSENT
We will be filming and taking photos for use on public platforms. If you would prefer not to be included, please inform your training coordinator.

1.4. ARRIVAL TIME
To guarantee a smooth experience and allow us to show you around without eating into your training time, please arrive 15 minutes early to your session.
1.5. PARKING GUIDELINES
Free parking is available onsite. Please ensure that all vehicles are parked in designated areas to avoid obstructing access to forklifts or interrupting warehouse operations.
1.6. ASSISTANCE AND HELP
If you require any assistance or guidance, please visit the front desk.
1.7. WAIT FOR ENTRY APPROVAL
Always wait for your coordinator to allow you entry to the training center. If you arrive early, please wait in the office lobby until you are given access to the training center.
2. DURING YOUR SESSION
2.1. ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR
Please wear enclosed shoes at all times. Open-toe shoes are not allowed on site.
2.2. HIGH-VISIBILITY VESTS
Please wear the high-vis Schletter vest provided by your training coordinator.
2.3. PROTECTIVE GLOVES
To ensure your safety, please wear the protective gloves given to you by your trainer when handling drills or materials.
2.4. AVOID UNSUPERVISED HANDLING
Please do not touch or experiment with any loose products without direction from your instructor.
2.5. GROUP ADHERENCE
Stick to your training group and avoid going into the warehouse without prior permission.
2.6. FOOD RESTRICTIONS
Do not bring or consume food or drinks within the training center.
2.7. BATHROOM LOCATIONS
Bathrooms are located right around the corner. You will be shown where on the day.
2.8. DESIGNATED ENTRY AND EXIT
Only use the entry and exit shown by your training coordinator.
2.9. FIRE ALARM PROCEDURE
If the fire alarm sounds, exit the warehouse through its main door and wait in the open parking lot.
3. AFTER THE SESSION
3.1. PROPERTY
Please ensure you take all your belongings with you after the session.
3.2. FEEDBACK FORMS
After each session, you will be given a feedback form (either on paper or via email). Please complete it and let us know if there are any areas you would like us to improve on.
